I couldn't get Jitsi to work either when I tried a few years ago. For my
business, we use FreeConferenceCall.com It's completely free and
unlimited. No reservations required. Can record the meeting video and
audio. They ask for a donation (on their website, not during the meeting)
and given how useful they have been to my business, I've made a
contribution this year, so our use would be "ethically" covered :-)
