Quick Question - we are spinning up a new OpenStack relationship with Redhat and there will be a lot of resources running around - any interest in us trying to sync a resource to a meeting to talk about OpenStack?

I vote no.
For example there's an anti-reverse-engineering clause and the company is given very wide latitude in what that might cover. I have no idea what iJet does or considers proprietary, and I don't want to have to worry about that down the road.

I have no reason to believe otherwise, or that the company has any malicious intent, but my understanding is that the "four corners rule"
makes any such verbal assurances void once you sign something on paper. Clauses 12 and 13 also put that rule into the agreement itself.
One basic issue is that this is an ongoing business relationship NDA.
A quick search finds examples of other companies that have a dedicated visitor NDA that is simpler (e.g. much less than a page) and clearly limits the scope to whatever is revealed during the visit.

All, I'm in sympathy with DD's expressed concerns, and future locations shd be free of such encumbrances. But I'll guess this is too close to tonight's schedule to permit scouting an alternative. I - for one - will plan to attend wherever it is. -- AS

I'm happy to volunteer the use of my office conference room, it can seat about 15-20 people, and has slide projector, audio, internet connectivity etc. The office is in Bowie at the intersection between 50 and route 3 (Melford campus).
Plus if any of you drives an electric car, we have free-to-use charging stations outside our office.
Exact Location is here

Ted,
I'll go along with whatever the group thinks is best, but is the Edgewater library a possibility?

Ted, there's several computer retailers around Annapolis who may or may not have suitable facilities and be willing to provide space.
If you haven't already checked into them then say so if you're interested in my calling them and reporting back to you.

Here is David Bleil's message:
It got auto discarded because the header was too large.
I vote for Bowie. The facilities sound like just what we need.
