[Lugstuff] New Meeting Place

Hi, I am interested.

My dream meeting place would have the following:
    1. Air conditioned
    2. a room with a white board
    3. a room with a project for presentations
    4. seating room for 10-20 people
    5. wireless and wired network  access
    6. close proximity to Annapolis,MD or in Annapolis,MD
    7. decent lighting
    8. ample parking
