[Lugstuff] Install some distr on a Chromebook

All, this noob is thinking of acquiring a chromebook, plan being to pick
some distr for installing.

Target is to install a LAMP stack for application development.  (Been doing
that for years using a WAMP stack, and moving is long past due.)

There's several how-to's around, but picking local brain-power seems smart.

Words of Wisdom appreciated.
