[Lugstuff] new meeting place

Do they have Wi-Fi?  Also, one advantage of the Bowie location was availability of a projector.  That could really enhance our meetings and add focus to them (no pun intended).

Or the Eastport-Annapolis Neck library too has meeting rooms.
