[Lugstuff] new meeting place

I'm happy to volunteer the use of my office conference room, it can seat
about 15-20 people, and has slide projector, audio, internet connectivity
etc. The office is in Bowie at the intersection between 50 and route 3
(Melford campus).

Plus if any of you drives an electric car, we have free-to-use charging
stations outside our office.
